* For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Thursday. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be delivered on Monday. This service is available to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland postcodes only.

* Next Day service is delivered within 48 hours from the order, order cut off time is 12pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed between midday Thursday and midday Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Please note that this is a kerbside pallet delivery. The drivers will deliver the pallet to the nearest vehicular access of your property. We are unfortunately unable to collect pallets.

Pallet deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. If, on the day of arrival, you would like to know your delivery window, please ring the office on 07597008858 and we can advise you. Please note that we are unable to give the exact delivery times.

For all pallet deliveries, please indicate any delivery restrictions during the checkout process. Then we will use smaller van or Luton Box van.

For next day pallet delivery, a £20 surcharge per pallet is payable.

This service is only available to mainland UK postcodes and excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

RETURNS

On very rare occasions even the best charcoal in the world can get damaged in transit. We want you to get it in the best possible condition, so if you’re unhappy about how your shipment arrives please let us know.
You have 14 days from receipt of goods, to notify us if something was wrong and you want to cancel your order. We also can offer you an exchange an item.

If you have received damaged products, please send us an email to info@alderline.co.uk.

Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.

For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to send us an email clearly stating why the goods are being returned. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.

Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
